I haven't got 5.4 to try this but ive been getting landscape paint layers within a pcg graph in 5.3 for months now (each layer is an attribute), how is this new method any better?

I wouldn’t say it’s better or worse but the PCG Biome Core plugin is structured around using textures to disperse assets. There are also textures in the sample project that filter assets based on sun exposure and terrain flow. This is a method of using the plugin without changing the logic.

There are other tutorials on KZfaq for setting up RVT for your landscape. I recommend following them before attempting the steps in this video.
