Great video, you mentioned not more than 6-8 minutes per muscle however I've heard others say not more than 2-3 minutes. What are your thoughts on this? Thanks

What is the specific concern for doing percussion on-top of a pulse. I have near crippling tension near a pulse point and I want to judge the specific risk and mechanism of potential issue.
