The manual says that the water basin is to be filled to the point where the water covers the peg completely, but barely. You can also measure out 2.5 quarts of water since that is the amount of water it is supposed to be used with.

Please don't use the aquamate shampoo on the water reservoir. The green substance fresh air is to be used without fragrance, and only one cup. The fragrance should only be 2-3 drops. You are damaging your rainbow like that. The first product you put in the water is the aquamate shampoo, and it is to be used with the rainbow carpet washing machine.

Do never use shampoo on the rainbow basin. Amd the green one, only a tiny cup.

@@uartizzittv5959 im a rainbow dealer since 2006, the reason for not putting it directly 1. The separator (spinning thing under the rainbow) is designed to keep water out of the motor, but it cannot keep an excessive amount of suds (bubbles that does not disappear quickly enough) out of the motor. You run the risk of your motor and hepa filter getting wet. This is also when during shampooing, I tell my clients to observe their suds and water level intake when shampooing. 2. You are basically wasting it because it does nothing when put directly in the water basin.

@@uartizzittv5959 because the water basin is only a dirt filter. Dirt comes into the rainbow and goes into the water. The carpet cleaner will cause foam that will travel into the vacuum motor and damage the motor.

Hi maam yung solution for carpet hindi po sa water tank ilalagay dapat sa spray gun at hindi po ganun kadami ang nilalagay masasayang po ang chemical nyo, yung fresh air 1 to two takip lang or ilang patak lang dapat. thanks.

Yes it has an hardwood head, a mop head, carpet cleaning head and a small head for places like carpeted stairs or pillows

nililinis po yun loob yan.jan din po mismo yung tools niya may maliit m brush.yung middle po niya yun po lilinis para lumaki din.

Omg don’t put carpet shampoo in the water just to vacuum! The shampoo is meant for the separate shampoo system attachments. Where water and shampoo is sprayed onto the carpet then it’s scrubbed and sucked back out of the carpet into its own separate recovery tank. Only use plain water to vacuum with and maybe a few drops of the fragrance. Please go online to see videos of proper use or carefully read your owners manual again.
