Thanks for this, I certainly needed it this morning at 5:15 am. Our hound dog emptied her bowels all over our dining room floor and it was too early to read an instruction manual. Your short cut of cleaning the bristles with the hose and the aqua water tank was invaluable. thanks again

Thanks so much! I recently bought a Rainbow and the shampooer wasn't exactly shown to me how it's used. I'm ecstatic over the vacuum and will vacuum another time to get as much dirt up as I can before I shampoo.

I really appreciate your video, I have one of the older aquamate, but this is very helpful. Since I’m old, I don’t hear so well. Once the devices turn on, I am unable to hear your narration. If there was a way to read what you are saying, or explain before turning on the machines, it would be helpful. I love how poised you are while doing the video, the information is so helpful and thorough. Thank you.

Explained fairly well, but didn't really explain the positions on the hose handle, or state suction at the end until don't see any water coming up or how the roller brush snaps forward for cleaning

There is very little water in the catch tank when I am done. Am i doing something wrong. I hooked up the aqua mate and used just as described.

Possible yes. But not sure you want to put all that water on the hardwood. They have the mop attachment that uses a microfiber cloth that may work better. I have had the complete set since 2016. Still going strong.

While I vacuumed very well, as I clean it throws things out. (dirty like carpet fibers). Is it supposed to do that? And when pulling back the toward you, is there a notch or a catch? I am afraid I will break it.

It will throw things from super deep within the carpet sometimes. The aquamate was designed with a floating head. The only lock is when you stand it upright. It's super durable. I've had mine for almost 10 years and my cats have knocked it down off my laundry room shelf repeatedly. It works as well as it did the day we got it. Quick tip though. Before you shampoo vacuum slower and from a couple different directions to give the rainbow and power nozzle time to get the dry dirt out. That should help out with it throwing the balls of wet fibers out.

Your video is great, but the wheels will not move my shampooer forward on my carpet. Every video I have watched shows the carpet that is low like a linoleum floor.

you should never start to suck more than water in your rainbow without the basin filled to the water line! its best to wipe the shampooer with a damp cloth, if there isn't enough water to make it rain in there your just sucking dirt straight into your motor then into your filter

Axed is perfectly correct. It is simply the very old pronunciation of the British Isles. Ask was ax long ago. The process of metathesis changed the pronunciation.
