This video will show you how to make a perfect screen using screen stretcher.
The first step is tightened silk onto Screen frame made by Aluminium frame, Wooden Frame, Steel frame with Tighten silk machine; Rubber gripto hold Metal shelf ensure contact compactly with silk surface ; Hand-wheel operated to make precision tension . Many frames to be tightened meantime ensure same silk tension and correct overprint.

How strong, do you use a meter to measure? What if you use an aluminum screen? When you cut it will leave marks. Also how will you remove the glue from the aluminium screen, while using frame to make another screen?

It's enough strong ... You can use tension meter and you can achieve your Aluminium frame more better to stretch Glue depends on how expensive you are buying
