How to use STAGE Cooking, NuWave Air Fryer Smart Oven Bravo XL. How to use the STAGE Cooking feature of the NuWave Bravo XL Smart Oven. This Air Fryer Convection Toaster Oven is able to cook in a lot of ways. One of them is a STAGE cooking feature. That allows the Smart Oven to cook food in various stages. So, you can start at one temperature and have the NuWave Bravo automatically adjust the temperature at set times. This helps with food that needs different steps in cooking. If your set your time and temp when you first start and then got stage you'll begin the stage system. That's why it starts at strange 2. Stage 1is immediate

Thanks Darnell, the manual that came with was a little bit lame. It could've been better. But I do love it as a convection oven and toaster oven. I have two good Nuwave Air fryers that does the job. Nuwave Juicer coming next

I was lucky to get my Nuwave oven at the Thrift Store for $12 bucks as well as two Induction Cooktops. one was $10 and the other was $13

I liked your video but as I watched it and thought about stage cooking, I realized the temperature is not going to go from 450 to 375 immediately, there is some cooking time at higher temps before 375 is reached - would be great if you did a video that shows how long you might wait for oven to cool to temp so a person could adjust cooking time - thanks for your videos

Also, could you do a video comparing Power 360 with the Nuwave Bravo (both silver rectangular ovens). I know the Nuwave is bigger but as far as how they cook (air fryer same item, bake same item, etc). Is one faster, cooks more evenly (top and bottom) etc. Thanks.

Hi Darnell, I have a model 20801, the reason I bought this oven because they seems like to have a " btm/top " seperate control system, unfortully I really don't know how to use . would you please kindly teach me how to set up that btm/top seperately. Just go my NuWave Bravo XL yesterday. Frankly I am lost and confused. I appreciate you letting me know there is a learning curve, and I'm simply not stupid. In this video you have a roll of paper towels next to the oven. Personally I am terrified with the amount of heat this thing generates. Manual says allow 5" from any surface. I'm about there front to back and side to side but worry about the kitchen cabinets. My cabinets are just over 5", but I also have under cabinet lighting and concerned they will just melt. In your experience, do you think I have something to worry about?

@@WaveOvenRecipes I didn't notice it at all (Noise) on your video! Must be Minimal. Let's be honest! It has to make some kinda noise considering fans & etc! Most all electronics have to be Powered Cycle! Means you unplug for 20 seconds and plug it back in!

It's nothing major. You may have some piece of electronics that makes a faint hum or sound. This is similar.

Sorry, I did not watch your whole Preheat video as I already know how to preheat. My question is about stage cooking which automatically starts cooking with the first time/temp setting when you press the start button. Can you include a preheat stage in stage cooking? If you follow what I am saying, when you use stage cooking, the first stage will start from a "cold" oven and will not totally cook at the temperature set for the first amount of time because the oven has to warm up (preheat). Thank you.

How does the temp time button know if you want to check temp or time?

Helloooo, I've just received my second nuwave bravo smart xl oven and I am wondering if I am doing something wrong. Both ovens have done this which is the fact that only four of the five elements seem to be heating up. The top middle element does not get the glowing red look. Like I said this is the second one that is doing this. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for any help you can provide, Dennis PS, getting through to nuwave so far has not worked at all yet 🥴

I think the circumstances has made it hard for many companies. Far as the heating elements. Whether or not it's red is not a good way to tell if it's working. A heating element can get hot without being red. The key is whether your food cooked in a reasonable amount of time. Also, depending on the function only certain heating elements come on.

If it's cooking in the timeframe of my cooks. Yours is like all the rest. Don't get hung up on _seeing red_ 🙂
