Oh my goodness was this helpful!!! I tried Fitbit Chat help & Fitbit phone help. I tried up to 1:30 am, then again today for several hours. I followed this video, step by step, pausing when I needed to. Low & behold I'm getting my notification now!!! It has been a nightmare until watching your video. Thank you so much!!

I received my Fitbit Versa Lite early yesterday morning and have been trying to get it set up in the many hours since receiving it, to no avail. I was so frustrated and was getting ready to return my Fitbit back to the place that I had bought it from. I had watched and read many articles on the set up but nothing solved the problems that I was having. I happened to see your video and as a last ditch effort I watched it. You are amazing!! You took your time to explain in depth each step. Thanks to you and your video I have a fully working Fitbit!! Thank you so much!!!

Just got my fit bit versa light version yesterday and it keeps asking me to pair it to my phone my app and I it's been paired it doesn't keep track of my steps properly I can't switch the I had from walking to M swimming I went to the gym got in the pool swam 10 laps and I don't think it's recorded anything it's not responding when I try to switch screens on the watch!! I don't know if it's defective or it's just not set up properly where do I go for help

For some reason my Versa light does not have a way to get text messages. I am not a stranger to smart watches and I had this watch a couple of years ago and my daughter bought me a galaxy so I put this versa light in the box but when my Galaxy crapped out I took this Versa light out of the box and set it up. I can't receive text messages. I looked at all the featured apps and it isn't available in the notification section either. Just says "receive messages" I clicked it but I get no texts. Could it be that it is a watch that is 3 years old?

My versa lite keeps changing the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit when I synch it or when I charge it. How do I stop it from doing this? I change it back to C but it continues to go back.

There's a bunch you can download from your phone! I've got one from stardew valley, which is a game I like. My kid even asked if I was playing a game on my watch 😂

When I click on settings, I only have Core stats, hourly steps and heart rate available to check or uncheck. I don’t have all the other ones that you have like exercise and water. How did you get them on there (I also have the versa lite).

The fitbit versa and fitbit versa lite have different options in the app. There is no clock icon on the 'lite' app. It's a bit more complicated to change the clock face and most of the options are not compatible with the lite version. Also, you have to be careful when selecting a clock face as many of them incur charges. You have to look for the free clock faces and then go through them to see if they're compatible. I'm very disappointed in the fitbit versa lite so returning mine.

It does not support wifi. Only bluetooth. It will connect to your phone and its data connection/ wifi.

Just opened the Lite box and there are no instructions. argh tells you to go to web site. I've done everything (I thinK) clicked on the app and now it is buffering or trying to pair with phone. What a pain, I thought this was suppose to be quick and easy.

I have friend that got a fitbit Versa Lite for Christmas. She is an elderly lady who doesn't have any computer knowledge. She has a flip phone. She wants to see if she is real active when she sleeps. Does she need a smart phone or a computer in order to see this?

Yes you have to have a smartphone. It wont work on pc as you need to install an app. A flip phone doesnt have that type of features unless it is seriously modern
