Thank you so much for making this playlist! It helped me be less overwhelmed when building buildings. No one else builds like this, and it gets really confusing and frustrating trying to follow everyone elses tutorials. Your basics videos are perfect! I love structure, and since you build in a more proceedural way, I could follow and understand how to make a building EASILY.

Really great tutorial! Learnt so much from this series. I know i'm late to the party but where on earth did you find that slate looking part that you put at the bottom of the 2nd floor walls??? Feel like i've been scrolling up and down forever trying to find it and other things I use seem to just flash infront and behind the wall whenever the camera moves

"This is typical for the colonial houses.." And then there's me beaming happily because I've created a house with four walls, a roof, and with any luck a door. Still his tutorial is easy to follow... thank you Uthris! PS. Forget the stupid Alliance-buildings, build Orgrimmar ;)

in a building you can switch between absolutes and relatives axes manipulating abjects in advance mode.

You never explicitly said to duplicate the accent pieces you were effortless sliding back and forth to extend the length and make them match the roofline, but I think that is what you are doing. Right?

See, I wish you told us the shortcuts you were using to do this whole video… 🙃 You turned and rotated and did these things so easily and I’m here trying to turn something at an angle and it takes 3 mins to do one thing.

You have a tendency to keep referring back to reality when it comes to creating these structures. One of the most incredible and memorable sets ever built was the village in the movie Popeye, which is still a major attraction these days. There wasn't much of anything in that village that would be built for reality, it was mostly fantasy. There are no rules of reality when it comes to building a theme park. You don't look at something at a theme park and say... well... that's just not realistic!! It's not supposed to be. Theme parks are about suspending reality and doing abnormal things. Your mind is supposed wonder about and be free from any constraints. In a game environment, this task is much easier because you can build things without proper supports and make wacky amazing looking structures that don't have to make perfect sense. Just wanted to point this out to your viewers so they don't get locked in to reality when it comes to this game.
