Welcome to my tutorial series for Planet Coaster!
After the first pass - we can now focus on making the structure have some character. Also how it may end up interacting with the path nearby!

I can't even begin to explain the benefit of watching someone with your skill go through their process organically with us being able to watch. That in itself is just as if not more beneficial than the intentional tips. Again man, thank you so much for these.

This tutorial playlist is very helpful. From starting to basics of a structure to detailing as you go. I also like your advice of inventing a story (an imagination) as you go along and build the structure. Thanks a bunch! Ps. Can you add this last video on your tutorial basics playlist? Thanks a lot. 😉

It is, you have to create a new building per angle you wish to achieve. Simply move it in place. You can also use gridless pieces if you wish to avoid multi-building structures.

I even didn't think about using the pathing as... pathfinding rather than actual cosmetics! I wondered how people got their paths looking so good without having guests running through objects
@uthris
@uthris 7 жыл бұрын
Yep! You can also use some props to help shepherd your guests around objects

Can you imagine how useful it would be if Planet Coaster could use object groups like how Adobe Illustrator uses them? Like, just press Ctrl-G with a selection of objects to make a group, then you can easily move and duplicate them, and be able to reselect them later?

Would be a very nice feature indeed!
