Can you use the wrist monitor on the upper arm if it fits?

Hi, bwl123! We do not recommend that you use it on your wrist, since your pulse is different at your wrist than in your upper arm. There are monitors designed specifically for the upper arm. We have this type, but I believe we are currently be out of stock.
