That's what is ideal.. but most households strain the pulp when making the juice especially because of the seeds. 😅

Many comments are to eat the juice in the watermelon, but we strain the juice for refreshing summer cocktails with friends! Will definitely freeze the remaining pulp for smoothies or something else we Google...

It could have been consumed with the juice itself, not required straining actually 🤔🤔

Hi Sneha, yes, I agree. Best would be to consume it with the juice. And not strain it at all. But from what I've seen in several homes, because of the seeds, most people strain the juice before drinking it. Or just because they don't like the feel of a solid part while drinking a juice. And in such cases, this is a great way of saving it from going to waste. They can replace icecubes in most fruit based smoothies, as they don't offer any strong flavour and yet contributed to cooling of the smoothie without watering it down. :) Currently, we don't strain it at all, like you mentioned. But we used to, for a long time whenever we made watermelon juice at home. And I know that's true for many households too. Hence decided to make this video.

Smoothie is not good.. kt kinda messes up with the soluble and insoluble Fibre.. .. research a bit about that

it is always one’s personal choice. I like smoothies because I can include a lot of fruits, seeds, nuts and everything else together in one and get the benefit from all of it. While eating a fruit, I may only get the benefit from it at a time. Eating fruits is definitely better. But I like my smoothies too and it fills me up for longer.

Lazy people in the comments not wanting to strain there juice. If you’re not gonna do it right, don’t do it at all. Thank for the ice cube tip tho. Add tajin and lemon juice into the pulp before you freeze and you got a an amazing tajin watermelon popsicles L

I think face mask or eye mask would have been a better idea.

Actually, if used as a face mask, you wash it off, right? Which goes down the drain as waste itself.. and like I've mentioned, once we extract most nutrients from it, there isn't much left. It's just a nutritionless byproduct of straining the juice. And these can even be used instead of icecubes for any smoothies, to make it cold. And it doesn't change the flavour either.
