V2 is a cross country skiing skate technique used on flats and gradual uphill terrain. Knowing how to V2 is crucial for any cross country ski racer as it is the fundamental technique used throughout the majority of the course. V2 is an efficient, symmetrical technique which uses the whole body including Core, Arms and Legs to propel yourself down the trail.
