Great video Jack! Really enjoyed it and I'm glad to see another upload. Your right the buying price really is key when buying a property investment as trying to beat the ceiling price of the area is quite a silly idea.

Hi Jack. Being watching your videos and they are awesome! I need advice: if I remortgage my house and I get £260,000 and I want to buy 4 properties. Should I after I have the money get a new lender/ mortgage lender to then work out each new house as I will put in 25% /£60,000 on each new property? Hope this makes sense. Cheers. Liam.

Hey man, so I'm 16 and I'm living in my mom's rented house. Could I ask something , I was just curious to know the value/price of the house , since we decorated and installed new flooring too, before it was smashed up and in bad condition with hand sized holes in the walls when we moved in, but we fixed it up a lot and i wanted to find out the price for this house because we are curious I want to actually put a deposit down when I am about 19 and do a mortgage, could i get a estate agent valuator around to just find out the price because I am curious?

15:20, Jack, prices per sq metre tend to be higher on smaller properties in the same street. You obviously knew that instinctively but would have been good to say it

If you live in the house, you do not need to pay Capital Gains (the tax when you sell). But you will always need to pay the Stamp Duty (the tax when you buy)

If you purchase and sell the property in a limited company you don’t pay any capital gains tax. So long as you spend the money on your next property before your tax year end then you declare no profit and ultimately no tax

You’re right, crypto currency has changed a lot of lives but it’s funny how people underestimate it, they prefer going into stocks which most times fails . One good thing about crypto is that , if the market goes very high you can make 60% and above of your original capital. Some people are scared of investing into it because of what they hear regarding the market change (dip) . Everyone should know this ., there is no investment that is risk free. To make Money you have to be ready as no success is built on a smooth road
