I collect jerseys. Hes 100% right. This is the safest method and really all you need to do with such flimsy materials.

the washing machine is also fine. gentle cycle, cold water, inside out, hang dry

Cold wash on delicate setting with woollite. I hang dry with a fan blowing on them lightly. I have around 50 or so kits…

This works too, but I just prefer to hand wash my shirts - sometimes, the printing melts or comes off in the machine

Namesets are always tricky, this is one of my most delicate shirts so thought it was good for the tutorial!

You can iron them back on with a piece of cloth or baking paper between the iron and the shirts

Thanks, I noticed when I put jerseys into the washing machine, the logo/number would rip off within a few washes

When i washed my al hilal jersey it was completely normal then i started drying it later i checked the kit the sponsor on it strated to peel off😢 help me😭

Yes, it's fine but in general unscented is better for your skin too 🙌

Don’t put in washing machine, mine Nike brand Portugal jersey with player name and number printed, all prints are come out 😢

Definitely not in the washing machine! But if you don't have an option, wash it on cold inside out

I’ve also squeezed them a few times they get better but continue to drip I’ve had about 3 jerseys get ruined in the washing machine so I don’t trust that

It depends where you live! I live in NYC so there's always a lot of moisture in the air. In a dryer part of the world, it might take maybe 2-3 hours to dry but for me it definitely takes a while, especially if I don't wring it out

My printed Japan jersey from 2002 got destroyed by putting it into the washing machine! Even though I followed every instruction on the internet how to do it correctly. So guys do it like this guy and don’t put it into the washing machine, especially old jerseys that are printed 🥲🥲

Yea don't put football jersey's in the washing machine. I put my first Real Madrid jersey in the washing machine like 3 or 4 times and the sponsor got destroyed (It was 2016 season)
