In this video, I follow through on weathering miniature terrain using watercolor paints to add color variation. Watercolors are a one of the easiest mediums to use for this purpose.
They are one of my favorite mediums for its ease of use in miniature painting, especially when compared to things like oil paints, acrylic washes, and inks. Often, these can be cumbersome, necessitating additional materials, or they may pose challenges for those looking to freely experiment and explore the use of color filters.
If you're looking for a refreshing way to add interest to your miniatures without the hassle of glazes, etc., then I hope you find this useful or at least gives you a different perspective other miniature painting possibilities.
