Dear Vidy Potdar Is there a minimum for the papers that we are reviewing in our SLR? after inclusion and exclusion criteria, there's only 25 research papers left for me to review in my SLR. I've checked a lot of databases but there's no more papers relevant to my topic. Is 25 papers enough?

Hi John. If you have a focuses research question and those 25 papers can help you answer that then it's okay. In fact there is no correct answer to such question. I have seen SLRs with as low as 9 papers. I think what matters is how you synthesise the research and present your findings. Further think of who will benefit from the findings and include a convincing discussion that takes the research area forward. Hope this helps. Vidy

Hello Yahya Khan. Thanks a lot. I did my PhD in Image Steganography. Text steganography was a difficult problem that time and I guess it is equally challenging now. I am happy to read that you feel relaxed after watching my video. It in fact makes me very happy to read this. I will definitely make another video series on preparing a research proposal. However, before that I have two more webinars to finish in the current webinar series that I am doing on "How to write a systematic literature review for high impact factor journals" In the meanwhile, may I suggest you have a look at these two videos as they may somewhat help you in the research proposal writing as well because I talk about how to evaluate existing literature and what steps you should take to do proper literature search. Both are important steps when you are drafting your research proposal. Can we add any industrial report points on review and cite it ? Do we need to approch for approval to specific industry begore citing ?

Yes, you can use industrial reports. However, like I mentioned in the session, it may be considered as grey literature, so if you do include try to keep it as a separate section where you cover all relevant grey literature. If the industry report is publicly available on the internet you would not need approval.

Sir, thank you for this excellent work. I have a question. Can we manually download papers from journals or any other publications directly (without google scholar) to the zotero library? And use them at the writing? Thank you

yes you can, most journals will offer a citation file for zotero or endnote or similar software, which you can import in Zotero directly. You can even do it manually, but manual entry may be error prone.
