thanks so much DR 1-i have read some paper SLR not include grey paper conference paper what is the justification fro that ? and this is not consider as base selection? 2- how can i make SLR as chapter 2 on my thesis ? 3- how can i identify the trend topic by SLR?

Answer 1 - Many top journals do not like including grey literature in SLRs. However, like I mentioned in the webinar, if you have included grey literature keep it in a separate section, so in case the journal does not like it you can remove that bit easily. Answer 2 - It is fairly easy to do that, in fact depending upon the depth of the SLR it may already be equivalent to a chapter 2. I get my PhD students to do a SLR and then extend that to their Chapter 2. Overall you can extend each subsection within the SLR paper to make it more detailed. You can have a larger Introduction section, detailed information about your keyword strategy, search strings etc. Answer 3 - The objective of SLR is to find research gaps and answer your SLR research question. So by doing that you should ideally be able to find the trending topic in your area.

Yes you should definitely have
