I’m so glad I found his show again! Once night after finally escaping abuse I was in a motel room in a new place and incredibly scared. So I turned on the tv and surfed channels. It was 1am and I found a Chinese channel playing this show! I watched it all night💕 but it almost felt like a fever dream because I could never find it again.

Kawaii International remains one of my prime choices among NHK’s always refreshing roster. Therefore, it was truly a treat to find this short peek behind the scenes. I’ve long wanted to see the hosts sans makeup and found Rin Rin at her most beautiful unadorned. Hopefully there’s a longer version of this. I’d also love an episode where the hosts perform makeovers on street people. Till then, please keep Kawaii coming!

looks like a lot goes into getting you ready for the look, without the makeup you just look like one of my vietnamese friends from back in school abit a friendlier more talkitive version, but then again even the one they call the queen of lolita in some circles aoki misako looks just average and non distinct without all the lolita fashion, the feed me part was funny sitting on the train and the menu was kawaii and genius
