But they can be tricky for many people in terms of figuring out how to use them. It's crazy man, because after trying lots of herbs and mushrooms the last 3 years, i realised mixing reishi amd ashwagandha is the best combo that works perfectly for me, and i take it the same way you described (Y) greetings from Morocco

Which brand did you take and how much capsules did you take? I’ve taken around 8 brands and all did nothing for anxiety. I took 1 then 2 then 3 then went up to 12 caps with each brand and did not lower anxiety or improved my sleep. Gave it a week for each brand and nothing. Still looking for one brand to help with anxiety and sleep.

I use reishi in the morning and ashwagandha in the afternoon. I cycle ashwagandha. I do not cycle reishi. Reishi takes the edge off my anxiety and makes me float through the day with more calm focus which I desperately need in my stressful job.

@@addictivewellness Education. I also have a suspicion that Reishi is doing some other things that mycologists and researchers are going to discover in the future. I can't quite put my finger on it but I think Reishi makes me a better person, improves mood, connectiveness, and I hope longevity.

Sage, I learned something I wasn’t stirring it dry together with Warm Water the Reishi and Ash now I’m off to the races, this will be better. These 2 herbs have leveled me off and also helped me manage cortisol and I love it. 🎉

I got the ashwagandha and Reishi supplement drops are those supposed to be refrigerated?

Hi, I’ve just bought reishi capsules with 597mg extract which is equivalent to 20,895mg (298mg Polysaccharides, Triterpenoids 11.94mg) in each Capsule. Is one a day enough for anxiety stress or should o take 2? It says to take one a day but many people say 1-2grams?

a friend of mine gave me a bag of dried reishi. It's very hard to chop up so I just make tea. I cut it in 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces. I'm in Sandy Springs, Georgia

That's a good friend indeed! 😄 As it's such a tough mushroom, I'd recommend letting it simmer for a couple of hours. And it gets even better if after the first session of simmering you freeze it overnight and cook it back up the next day. 👍🏼

This video is easier to understand and follow at a slower speed. I like to take my reishi powder in a smoothie or a coffee. I tried mixing it into my protein milkshake, but it clumped up like he says in the video.

Hello. What are your thoughts on taking Ashwagandha, Reishi, Lion's Mane and a good Krill Oil Supplement. Is this all safe to take and have benefits? What are the negatives.

My thoughts are all very positive, I do this myself almost every day! 😊 As long as you don't have any issues with any of these items (extremely rare), I think it's a fantastic line up.

Can you make several cups and store in fridge, and just heat up when you want to drink?

Yes, but when you're storing something with water added to it, it's a ticking time bomb in terms of spoilage, so I'd recommend not making too big of a batch. Also the powders will settle to the bottom while it sits in the fridge, so you'll have to stir it up.

Yes , especially when f you use your ashwaganda in the morning, mix both in your coffee or mix both powders just as sage did on the vid .

Sure! If it's a chocolate shake, it will probably taste nice. With other flavors, it might not combine so well.

Hi Raplh, its a tricky question and there's no research to my knowledge on reishi or ashwagandha for tinnitus. BUT I have two unproven hypothesis to share. 1. Stress is generally known to make one more sensitive to tinnitus. If you take herbs like these that decrease your stress, in theory you should become less sensitive to tinnitus if stress is a factor in your case. 2. Inflammation also is thought to play a role in tinnitus. If you take herbs like these that decrease your inflammation, it seems logical that there may be beneficial effects in the tinnitus department. Both of these are totally unproven, but seem reasonably logical to me.

sure, you could do that 👍🏼 although sometimes certain milk proteins can inhibit some antioxidants, but this hasn't been studied with reishi.

Yes, this is effectively a tincture that has been spray-dried into a powder. This way you get more for your money because you don't have to pay for the cost of shipping heavy glass and liquid 😊
