To avoid all the trouble of going up and down the stairs with the heavy item just make a pulley system and install it on the tower, but take it down after ur done. So put the item in a bucket and lift it up once your done but have someone put it in the bucket first. Also you probably cannot pull the pool with 1 or 2 people without machinery or tools. I figure this because a 1 gallon jug of water weighs 8 lbs so the size of a kiddie pool like that is about 250-400 lbs considering the oobleck and the volume of the pool.

Smoke Cardinal with a proper block pulley system it actually wouldn't be heavier. people can lift stuff like engine blocks up, and those weigh 500 pounds. the only problem with it is if you want it to the top, it's a matter of too much rope over too much weight. if you want to get a 100kg object to go up 45 meters, and to halve the effort, I think you have to like double the length of how much rope you have to pull, so you'd be pulling 90 meters of rope, but the object would only feel like 50kg to you. That's for a double pulley system. It's a matter of transferring less energy over a greater distance to make it easier for humans. www.explainthatstuff.com/pulleys.html

I was thinking the same thing.... they could get a pulley system that can attach/detach from the side rails so they could use it at the different heights. It would be way more efficient! that way you only need to carry the pulley ;)

There seems to be way too much cornstarch. It seems to mostly be a solid even at rest. Look at the cracks around that one golf ball. It should have returned to a more liquid form shortly after impact

A lot of channels play with oobleck and I feel a common desire that it could be a bit tougher. Can we experiment a bit with adding concrete into the mix or some other kind of dirt/ sand that lets oobleck keep it's non-Newtonian properties but get better a stopping bullets etc?

At 9mins 46 seconds, when the darts are coming down in slow mo, there is a fly that that goes across the pool, imagine if that 1 dart had of just done it, straight pinnedit down, the odds of it, but would be so cool to of seen, it was only a few inches away after all.

You should set up some sort of marking so that when you place objects below the tower they are always placed in the same spot making them easier to hit.

I'm pretty sure that's why in a lot of their videos, you can see a long black carpet that runs from the base of the tower out to whatever they're dropping stuff on. I think the end of the carpet is to mark the spot.
