I'm new to this channel and came from Jazza to see the colab and I thought I wouldn't stay because cooking actually takes....well the ability to be able to cook but I found out that these are really simple and don't really require a stove or oven necessarily... The tip for using soy sauce was brilliant! I've been struggling with making liquer filled chocolates and thought i would have to settle for thickening the alcohol itself with xanthan gum (which gets a gross texture if you use enough). Thanks!

Incidentally, the Vegemite chocolate Cadbury released a while back, I really liked it, and I presume the whole "salted caramel vs vegemite" thing was inspired by that because salted caramel and vegemite together within chocolate worked well, for me anyway.

@@romella_karmey I usually offer them to new friends. But I have another trick for the ones that have been tricked once though. I would make chocolate filled with peanut butter and mix them in with the wasabi filled chocolate. When I offer them the chocolates, I would take one (filled with peanut butter of course) and eat it for them to see.

mythologiefan You can get vegan chocolate. I know for a fact that callebaut has vegan chocolate and there are a couple of artisan chocolate companies in Australia that have vegan chocolate too.

The how to cook that website also has ways of substituting Dairy. I know that melted coconut oil can replace cream for a lot of things
