reminder that influencers have bias, because getting early access to a game let them farm views which in terms means they get money from it,j ust not directly from the company. which makes it so they have incentive to give a more positive coverage so they would stay on the "good boys list" so they will get invited to events and early access again. would you trust a journalist that always get interview with that one politician all the time as exclusives? or a dentist that tell you this is the best prosthetic if they got invited to a 2 week course on how to it works in a 5 star hotel in hawaii? getting early access to media is important so consumers know what they are getting but you should always take everything someone who has something to gain from giving a more positive coverage with a grain of salt.

I mean even if HI3 didn’t exist Genshin doesn’t feel like a fave child lol. They don't treat the community OR the game with enough respect. Fontaine is a massive step in the right direction but with all the shit that the team behind it has done that's tested the players' patience, it feels a little too late.

@@sandyk9300Thankfully doing dailies on Hi3rd takes very little time because you can instant finish a lot of them. Genshin I ended up quitting because the dailies were a pain. Star Rail takes slightly longer than Hi3rd but still much faster than Genshin lol.

@@justkats9371 i stopped both genshin and hsr cuz both takes too long....for hi3 its the ER,then doing the cycles and then events....it takes about an hour or two depending on how far im into the week....and lately...i might drop the game altogether

@@sandyk9300 I dropped Honkai Impact 3rd cause they killed Himeko and revealed Kiana as the flame herscher or whatever. I stopped Genshin cause it was a pain in the ass to keep up with. And I never started star rail, probably won’t play their newer game either. Honestly, just burnt our from these kinds of beat em up games from them.

I knew Hoyoverse worships Devil May Cry more than Fortuna did to Sparda, but Billy is just Dante. Like no joke that white haired, 2 gunslinger, red jacket mother facker is just Dante. They really pulled a, "We have Dante at home." Don't get me wrong the design is amazing, it is just that it is so good because it reminds me so much Dante.

I'm loving the style of ZZZ, the combat looks really fun, and we're FINALLY getting more unique character designs. I'm so tired the same 3 body models in every Hoyo game lol. I'm very excited.

A common misconception is that Honkai Impact 3rd is not the third game.. though the titles are a bit of a mess which doesn't help 0 FlyMe2TheMoon (technically pre-mihoyo) 1 Houkai Gakuen (Zombiegal Kawaii) 2 Houkai Gakuen 2 (Guns Girl Z) 3 Houkai 3 (Honkai Impact 3[rd]) The real underdog remains to be Tears of Themis

It's not really a misconception as it is semantics. There's no reason to separate Flyme2themoon from the rest of Mihoyo, it was their first game which birthed their company.

There were other Honkai games but none was named Impact however Honkai Impact 3rd is named 3rd because it is the third game of the Honkai series . -> Mihoyo first child was actually Fly Me To The Moon in 2011 -> Second game was Zombiegal Kawaii in 2012 , in the same year they launched Houkai Gakuen ( Houkai is how you say in Chinese , which in Japanese would be Honkai) this is the first Honkai game -> in 2014 they released Houkai Gakuen 2 also known globally as Gun Girls Z ( idk why the name change for global ) which is the second Honkai game. -> Later on in 2016 they released Honkai Impact 3rd , the 3rd game of the Honkai series , and it's not their first child it's their 5th child actually . The rest everyone already knows , 2020 Genshin Impact was released , 2023 Honkai Star Rail was released and this is the 4th game in the Honkai franchise and finally Zenless Zone Zero which is still not released yet

My guess on Alain's game is Final Fantasy 16. I'm also not a Hoyoverse fan, even though I do like some of the character design's like that character who had a figure Garnt was going to buy. Regardless of how impractical they are, women in evening dresses fighting people with guns/swords/magic will always look cool. Maybe Zenless will actually change my mind about Hoyo.

Agreed. Even Hoyo exsists for only about 10 years they still managed to release so many good games. That’s truly impressive. Like 2 years ago they weren’t even at gamescom, last year they had a small booth for Genshin, and theis year they filled like a half hall, that shows how skyrocketing they were since like the release of Genshin or HI3. Also: no matter what video I watch, if it has to do with Hoyoverse I already know you will be under like the top 10 comment lol why are you everywhere

6:02 Actually... 🤓☝️There WAS a Honkai 1st and Second before Honkai Impact 3rd: Honkai Gakkuen and Honkai Gakkuen 2. Even before those in 2011, there was a paid mobile game which had the same Kiana main character : FlyMe2TheMoon (yes, that was the game's name title) in 2011.
