It's absolutely embarrassing that this still hasn't been finished, how is it things take forever to do here. For example France rolled out the new LGV across the country and has been up and running for at least 3 years and was started after HS1 had been started

I think the brown steel structure is part of the actual viaduct, built in France and will be assembled on site and erected on the piers. Its going to be left unpainted to weather to a rusty brown.

Hi Karl I would recommend an update on the Stoke mandeville section as in the last 2 weeks a lot has changed and been done they have started for the realignment of the risborough line that runs down the side of Hawkslade. They have also been working nights and seems to be different everytime we head into the fields
