Hello belbenDE. I saw your second video earlier today on this subject and just now I noticed a Greek letter lambda on the markings at the power input together with the Chinese symbols/text. What does the error message say? I can not read it.

You are trying to run a 3 Phase Vfd with a 3 Phase Motor on a 230 Volt Powerplug R S T is for 380 Volt Input not 230 L and N!!!! You need a 230 Volt Vfd to drive the 230/400 Motor in Delta on a Standart 230 Volt Powerplug

Looks like the error is under voltage lock out. It does look like it's not a 220v input vfd....
