i have instaiied a power steering kit ( beepco) English Tractor on my MF 135.AD3 152. The return line goes to a Reservoir tank and then to the pump Suction . The power steering fluid spatters out of the top vent hole I have run the tractor for two hours. And it still spatters out the fluid. any suggestion how to solve this problem.. The power steering fluid turns from red .thick to pink watery.

While turning, the middle iron that connects the wheels rubs against the belt and the belt comes off. How can I solve this problem?

hatte die gleichen Erfahrungen gemacht, eine einigermaßen funktionierende Lösung war die Signalabnahme über ein paar Wicklungen um das Zündkabel, ist aber auch etwas zappelig... zeigt aber bis 8.000 an

Top Video und Danke für die Mühe. Ist zwar schon etwas her, aber vllt antwortest ja trotzdem. Ich hab ne 82er cb900 Boldor. Mein Generator hat nicht diese klassisch identifizierbaren wicklungen sondern "eine große". Wie geht man da vor? So lange spannungsteiler ändern, bis was passiert, oder kann man die spulen doch irgendwie zählen?

es waren so um 1 bis 2 M Ohm. Das Instrument hat einen sehr empfindlichen Eingang, somit muss eigentlich nur eine Spannung anliegen, da der Stromfluss nicht mehr eindeutig Messbar war. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die getesteten Tachos auf ansteigende Flanken und nicht auf abfallende triggern. Für mich, ein schlechtes Design, da Zündspulen häufig über Masse gesteuert werden. Verlässlich ist dann nur der Generator oder ein ECU-Digitalausgang. Ansonsten bleiben es eher Schätzwerte, auch mit Filter. Für viele OK, für mich nicht. MfG

You have the motor connected in the star configuration for 440v. You need it in the delta configuration for 220v. The 3 brass strips on the connection block need to to be moved so they run across the block from each input terminal. HTH

You connect the earth from 220 V to the motor connector. I dont think that make sense.

You are trying to run a 3 Phase Vfd with a 3 Phase Motor on a 230 Volt Powerplug R S T is for 380 Volt Input not 230 L and N!!!! You need a 230 Volt Vfd to drive the 230/400 Motor in Delta on a Standart 230 Volt Powerplug

Gerne, Wissen schnell zu teilen, ist ein Wichtiger Bestandteil zum Erhalt dieser Gesellschaft. Kannst du ja gerne weiter verlinken, Louis konnte nichts ändern, da die Tachos nicht zu flaschen sind. Sie werden ihre Bestände erst abverkaufen. Übrigens es arbeiten fast alle Motorradhersteller mit einer gegen Ground gesteuerten Zündspule, somit ist mit sehr hoher Warscheinlichkeit bei den meisten Herstellern mit einer falschen Anzeige zu rechnen. Wenn es an der CDI Einheit einen Drehzalausgang gibt, kann der natürlich genutzt werden. Das bauen von Frequenzfiltern ist halt immer mehr oder weniger eine Krücke, da sich Aufgrund des Motordrehzalbandes die Frequenz stark ändert und somit ein Frequenzfilter nicht genau funktionieren wird. Auch den Halsensor anzuzapfen halte ich für keine gute Lösung, da an dieser Stelle eine Signal- verfälschung schnel zu Fehlern im Motormanagement führen kann.

First, Thank you for your command. But now i have some issues. A hand Valve milling tool kit like this, is not used at commercial work. Companies do this Job on very expansive machines, this is fact! For private or hobby use a good hard-metal hand cutter is good to repair many, many engines. How many engines do you repair, if you buy this tool so often ? I am sure youtube is also available on your end and if you work with engines, then there should be no problem for you, to show us a video on your precise late-machine about the qualities of this tools. Again if Atoz tools is able to deliver a Valve milling kit on a usable quality level, its very easy, send it to me. I asked several time therefore. The only what I get, was once a total scrap tool and after my video some upset massages and it seems again some fake commands to my video. My suggestion to Atoz tools, spend the effort in build usable quality and not in presumably untrue commends under this video and stop selling rubbish to the customer against local law.

@Sanjeev Malhotra, I don't spend more effort in your case, it seams you cheat in KZfaq comments on the same level, as you do in your ebay item descriptions. Have fun with this strategies, but think about, there are always people to get a spot on this kind of acting If you start to understand words like, commitment, responsibility, business relationship, than hopfully you are able to stop your cheating !!

Hi have a look to www.agrilineproducts.com and the PART NUMBER: 6005 there you will find it. But as i said in the Video it is not so easy to get it in a good way installed, but a Mf 135 is not all the Time the same. If it is good installed, now i can stear the mf with one finger. The only bad thing is regarding the Hydraulik stearing there is always a delay by the stearing. If you drive slow it is ok but you run over 20 Km/H then you drive always snake lines. Sorry for my Englisch, my German is better ;-)

I have only bought this one. So i can not say if there have very often a fault. But the quality is not very good. A modern Alternator is able to run without a Batterie connection. But worse build Alternaters can have the Problem if you run them without a Batterie then the will demage. I have rebuild the Traktor and the Motor was running without a Batterie so i have no idea if the alternator was broken from the beginning or after a start without a Batterie. In bothe situation it is a warrenty case and i have bought a better quality without any Problems. hope it helps

Hi i have the same problem. I dont think its any fault on the altinator. Have you cheked the D+ on the altinator, it should go to an ”idiot lamp” that starts the altinator. If the lamp is broken, the altinator wont start, even if its spinning!

You need set up inverter. I had the same. Once you select program and input value you need confirm by prog. to set. Your motor is 50 do not set to 400 because you blow motor or inverter.. go to cnc forum

Kann ich dir nicht sagen. Ich habe mir die Mühe gemacht, ein hoffentlich allgemein verständliches howto zu erzeugen, da bei louis leider nicht viele Menschen arbeiten die ausreichende Kenntnisse besitzen um diesen Designfehler zu erkennen. Louis hat viele hunderte bereits auf Lager die abverkauft werden. Es gibt ja auch viele Kunden, denen es offenbar nichts ausmacht, ob der Drehzahlmesser falsche Werte liefert oder nicht. Ich habe mit dem Video nur klargestellt warum manche Leute sagen geht und andere sagen es funktioniert nicht. Fakt ist es ligt, für alle mir bekannten Motorrad Marken, ein Designfehler für den Anschluss an der Zündspule vor. Es hängt von den jeweils verbauten Zündanlagen ab, ob das T&T Instrument einen halbwegs brauchbaren Wert liefert oder nicht. Solange die Kunden das Gerät mit diesem Designfehler kaufen wird sich vermutlich nichts ändern, da eine Änderung mit Geld verbunden ist. Aber ihr wisst ja nun was das Problem ist und wem die Ungenauigkeit oder Fehlfunktion stört sollte sich bei Louis oder Koso beschweren und kann sich gerne auf das Video stützen. louis und koso empfehlen ihren unzufrieden Kunden die Verwendung von Frequenzfilter, doch das löst nicht das Problem, dass die falsche Signalflanke gemessen wird. Aber es wird in einigen Fällen die ungenaue, instabile Signalflanke soweit verbessert, dass es zu halbwegs braubaren Anzeigen kommen kann. Solange sich die Kunden so abspeisen lassen wir sich vermutlich nichts ändern.

As C Lau States the inverter requires information about maximum voltage, reference frequency, intermediate voltage, intermediate frequency, minimum voltage maximum - and minimum operating frequency, revolution@50 Hz etc. Besides I noticed the power input was labeled R, S and T, which should have been L and N. So perhaps you've got yourself a three phase input model?

Nothing wrong with the inverter, you can't just use the factory defaults, you have to go through all the various settings and set the voltages and currents as appropriate for the motor.. I've got two of these things and they work beautifully if you understand how to set the parameters.. The voltages and currents that the motor expects need to be set up (it doesn't care whether you are using delta or wye, as along as the appropriate voltage is applied.. Check pd141-147 for correct motor ratings

As I can see from this video, you didn't even try to read user manual for these inverter, which describes errors, and yet you claim that it cannot provide 2.2kW of output power. I think you should first get to know something about VFDs and Induction motors, and then and only then give some lectures to people who actually make working VFDs and sell it.
