HUEVOS RANCHEROS/COUNTRY STYLE EGGS/DELICIOUS

Hey Everyone! Today we are making breakfast, YUM!!!! This dish is a huge hit EVERYTIME. I hope you all try and love it! Be sure to share the video so more people can see it and enjoy it too!!!! Thanks for Subscribing :)
Ingredients:
To create the sauce-
2 Lrg tomatoes
1/2 a purple onion
1 garlic Clove
1 Serrano Pepper
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1/2 cp of water
1 tsp of chicken bouillon
Green onions and cilantro to taste plus a lil extra for toppings
For tostadas:
3 tortillas
1 cp of vegetable oil to fry them in
3 eggs- over medium or as cooked as you'd like
2 tbls of Refried Beans and handful of shredded cheese

Your recipe for huevos rancheros is one of best recipes I have seen. Rancheros means rancher, not country in Spanish. Campo is the word for country and granja is the word for farm. As a child whenever I visited my family whose farm is in Las Granjas de Acolman, near Mexico DF, they made it very clear to me the difference between ranch, farm and countryside. My confusion irked them, so they pounded it into me. As an American, I guess it's those sets of words that we mistake often in translation from English to Spanish.

This is a great recipe, but let everyone know the difference between Mexican oregano and regular Italian oregano also the salt is truly what makes the tomatoes extract their natural juices. I like to salt my tomatoes at least 10 minutes before putting them in the pan.
