Really appreciate you taking the time to post this as it is a much more real-life scenario and this was my concern with buying one of these. Do you have the ability to unlock the hinge while standing on the ladder as well? I would assume you have to to fold it up and get it out of a foyer like that. The official instruction videos always show that on the ground as well and it's not often feasible in a smaller space. Thanks again!

Thanks for the feedback! We have been able to unlock the hinges after setting back to its lowest height and two people to close it up and take down.

Thanks so much for taking the time to make this video! I believe a lot of potential Little Giant Skyscraper buyers (like myself) really need to see this video to determine if this is a feasible solution for them. I have a tall pool cage and need to be able to re-screen blown out panels in locations where only an A-frame ladder will work. Can you let me know if this is a one- or two-person carry when the ladder is fully closed and ready to be stowed in a garage? Thanks again for making and sharing this video!

Good video mate. I have some and it's all good and proper setting them up in an area with loads of space but most jobs aren't like that.I only have the six rung edition wouldn't want to be taking yours down puttin them up....
