I’m so sad that Honey died :( she was my favorite pig and she was so sweet. i thought that she was getting better, but I guess not ❤️ sage will see her in guinea pig heaven in several years, so they will be together in a while.

Thank you for showing everything! For some reason, they must have delivered the box upside down as the bunny bed was on the bottom, LOL. Can't wait to see items in your cage and if there is something you would like to see in my shop that isn't there, let me know and I will try to make it! Creating is my drug of choice :)

In Sweden we do not give parasite medication if we do not have evidence of an infection. pet owners can instead routinely buy a kit at the pharmacy where you take a fecal sample and send away to a lab. If you have several animals, you can combine fecal matter from all and send it, so if any one has it in the herd, then you can treat everyone. It is great!

I'm definitely going to look at and probably buy the petcube camera! I really want a pet cam, and this one looks great. Stardust is SO BEAUTIFUL, I sincerely hope she does well with this treatment, God works in mysterious ways, imagine that she was in a backyard breeders home, and they didn't get her checked out by a vet, she'd be neglected and possibly in pain, poor little animal, Thank God you took her in! They're ALL so PRECIOUS Autumn, you're so blessed with those fur babies!

Great video. The reptile light is making me nervous. I’m a reptile owner and please put the light on a separate green surge protector/timer. Also a fire detector in the room over the hay on the ceiling.🔥

when I’m older, i would like to become more educated and own more Guinea pigs (I currently have 2) but at the same time.. I also wanna have a dog that is trained and would follow me around to work and whatsoever (Ik it sounds silly) but probably after high school I would do the Guinea pigs and further in my adulthood I’d own the dog

I try to do health checks at least once a month, but every other week is ideal. And weighing every week especially with older pigs is best

How do you know when they need a bath? I have had my guinea pigs for 8 months and I havent given them a bath yet…im so scared I will traumatise them or they dont need it…. Especially for my two females who arent as tame as my male, I have been trying to get them to like me over the last eight months

So it’s hard to tell! We saw a minor increase in bone density within the first few weeks, and then it was stagnant for months. Then about two weeks ago we noticed some deterioration in the fibula bone in her hind legs, and currently she’s having some dental issues and struggling to eat tougher foods. We can’t be sure the medicine is or isn’t working, it’s possible without it she may have progressed more quickly, but without other experimental patients or a control group there’s really no way to know.
