Huina 583 upgrade 4 : Wheels and Tyres

More of a mod then upgrade, but what the hell :)
its an easy one that any one with the right tools can do !
Basically its been getting tough driving around the site and the loader was needing a bit more grip on the wet mud. So changing the tread and letting the tyres flex a bit more will hopefully give this.
I have spoken to someone that has also use a thick wire and blowtorch to do the same job ... but sounds a bit more risky to me lol .

i did that with my tires,also cut a channel through the middle ,also took back off and hot glued some extra weight inside it😀👍👍

Now i have to sit and wach all your videos :)) Nice upgrade, im about to do it on mine, and something extra, i have friend with a lathe, may make steel rims, for weight, and put some 1.9 inch crawler tyres, they fit the stock rims to, nice threads....soft, those are the ticket, but for now i stick with the stock ones, plan to file down the internal ribs, under the tyre, put some led weights around, but not to much i want some tyre flex, now they seem really hard and dont deform after the terrain, as such, the fixed axle setup is not helping the traction....someone did upgrade the turning motor, is silent and fast, and took 2 of the rear weights out, and put the battery there, its decent but these can be well upgraded if you are a hands on guy....well, you kinda need to be :) Still, the bucket curl it was not done, that is the first thing i do. LOL i have done a few upgrade videos for both the 580 and 583 :) there is a rear axle upgrade form one of the places i mentioned in a pervious reply to you .... but i'm not brave enough yet to cut 1/3 of the 583 to fit it though lol. If you plan on using the dump truck its worth doing the angle on the bucket ... i still need to make my dump truck a 6x6 :) But put you metal working friend to good use and use him where you can lol its easier then teaching yourself to braze and weld on camera as your working out how to make things ;)

I might glue them. i had spoken to a couple people that didn't glue them and they had no issues , but will have to test it out :)

@@Granite-City-RC Take my advice if you want 2 buy a Hydraulic wheel loader there is 2 best wheel loader r4wd earth mover 870k And faroe 980i komat`su WA470 But earth mover 870k its a best because have 2speed and diff lock And more powerful.. even faroe komat`su power But without 2speed and diff lock she have open diff But not like 870k ..the 870k its legend he best and strongest wheel loader ever this my opinion thx Again bud keep it up

Its the standard size that come with the huina loader, not 100% sure , but wanna say about 5-6mm if i remember right

Get you some weight to the inside will help with traction as well .

My 1583 when turn on engine start 4 seconds then alarm sound for 15 seconds then shut down. In the 15 seconds every things working with remote. Can you please help me out with possible défective????

you asked me that on another video about a month ago .... it still not working ? it could be a fault on the motherboard? Make sure the battery is fully charged , it will take about 7 hours using the USB charger. Or if it is new check with the shop it was bought from
