There was an RPG called "Tales from the Floating Vagabond." Every character had a "schtick" that gave you some sort of power. For example, the Trenchcoat Effect gave you the ability to pull out any item from your trenchcoat...so long as another player says they needed it: "If only we had a ...." The Rambo Effect allowed you to dodge bullets, but only from close range. And one of them was the Rodgers and Hammerstein Effect. Everywhere you went, there was music playing related to what it was you were doing. It would give you morale bonuses, warn you of danger...and ruin your Stealth checks.
