In this episode of the Brazil Hummingbird Photography Adventure we were on the lookout for the endemic Green-crowned Plovercrest. We found him up in Campos do Jordāo and came away successful with lots of pictures and video.

Brazilian birds are amazing! So much variety and they sing so beautifully!! I grew up in Brazil and was able to see hummingbirds many times back in the day. Unfortunately it was long time ago and I don't remember them as I should. Thanks for sharing this amazing video!!

Wow Carole he is a cute and beautiful little guy. I am always impressed with the way Hummingbirds beaks have adapted to the size and deepness of the flowers they feed on. Can't wait to see Jonas place again!!

What a cute little bird; it looks so small compared to some of the other birds you have introduced us to. The two Plovercrests look just alike, except for the different colored crests. Thank you, Carole; another great and informative video.
