No believe it or not I'm way older then you. I lived a life of much responsibility. I had no time for any fun. So in my older years my kids are married with children I have gotten more in touch with the younger me. I'm doing things I've never did before. And enjoying this world differently. Always wanted to travel and my heart loves diverse food of all cultures. I watch you on different tubes of mine. And your personality was made for this. Your up lifting, crowd pleasing, and true at heart. I pray your parents are as proud of you as I am. You make me smile, I have someone to take me away from the realiyof this world and enjoy waiting food on many levels. I have four sons and as I told them you all have a gift. I believe it’s tamarind that gives HP sauce its slightly spicy/sweet/tangy flavour. Enjoyed watching this having been brought up on Scottish breakfasts. English breakfasts are similar but don’t have square sausage, potato scone or haggis (haggis isn’t actually that common in Scottish breakfasts either).

Brilliant pal! I’ve lived in Hamilton, ON for 11 years. Grew up in Aberdeen Scotland and miss irn bru and black pudding! Since the sugar tax in Scotland, Irn Bru has never been the same but still great to get an old glass bottle. Keep the videos coming!

Every butcher/ company has it’s own spice mix for black pudding/ haggis just like sausage so when you find a decent one you stick with it… My favourite haggis has got to be McSween .. black pudding has to be English Bury … Enjoy the Food 😊😊

@@patriciamartinez5836 depends on the quality and how its cooked, its pretty normal breakfast ingredient if you are in the UK, ideally it wants to be sliced about 1/2 thick then fried, to get a nice crisp outer and soft inner , best with bacon and an egg, the taste is hard to describe if you like meat you will probably like it , its what its made from is what puts people off . texture wise, kind of like mashed potato in the middle with a crispy shell

traditional black pudding is made with blood but most butchers now use synthetic blood as its less hassle, other wise u need to leave buckets of congealed blood sitting around. sadly its not a true scottish breakfast as there was no fruit pudding slices.
