What lucky people to watch the humpback whale so close and personal. They were very lucky indeed. It must have been a very thrilling experience for them to watch this magnificent whale and to remember the great time spent next to her, an experience that will live forever in their lives. Very nice and lovely video, it is beautiful. Thank you for sharing it. ♥️🥰😍👍🙌

Scientists have found the barnacles to have a symbiotic relationship with the whales. They say that the whales don’t mind them so much because the barnacles actually helps deter would be predators from being able to get a bite. Instead they just end up with a mouthful of barnacles. Also the males fight over females and they serve a purpose there as well.

Frisk Chara I heard the opposite. They are quite annoying actually and there is a video showing a humpback breaching on the side of a boat to scrape off a bunch of barnacles. It was pretty disgusting! These guys have some pretty disgusting ones on them.

That was a rare, once in a lifetime experience. How fortunate for all on this boat. I do wish whales and dolphins would avoid humans at all costs, for their survival. We don't deserve them in our lives, for the most part. That boat chasing him away at the end is a prime example of what I'm speaking of. That young whale is destined for painful injuries. His innocent curiosity will, unfortunately, set him up for it. And people, c'mon with all the cameras... you're missing the whole experience because you just have to take as many pictures as possible. Society is weird as hell. 🐋🐳🐬

How brilliant, amazing and calculating the moves very precisely, not to disturbe the boat and harm the visitors. One small flip on the boat or a lift at the bottom may capsize immediately. May be innocence also end their life in danger.

That had to been so cool! I'd give all my teeth, to be approached by a whale like this, dentures can't be that bad. Speaking of teeth, these whales don't have teeth and maybe this little one just wanted them to remove the barnacles from it's beautiful face, and then others had to come and ruin it all, I hope they reported them to authorities!
