The One Punch Man Workout is probably the most viewed workout here on KZfaq. Some train for 30 Days , some for 100 Days and some even do it a whole year! A lot of people attempt the transformation and show their amazing results but some don't even make it till the end! In this challenge video, I try the One Punch Man Workout myself and and slowly progress training intensity over time to avoid any hurdles! Check it out and if you have any questions, write a comment! :) #onepunchman #workout #results

To you reading this Jesus can help with whatever problems, hardships, and issues you have. Believe in him and what he has done on the cross for your salvation. You can not save yourself, he came to save us from eternal suffering. Turn from your sins, repent which is changing your life to follow the way of God and not your way, your way will lead you into a pit of despair I know it, my way lead me in a pit but Jesus rescued me and he can rescue you. He can grant a peace and joy unfelt, and be your closest friend always there, This is the gospel Jesus Christ, son of God, died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day. After he went to his tweleve disciples and many others before ascending into heaven eternally triumphant over all his enemies and making it so that there is now no condemnation for sin to all those who believe in him , but only everlasting joy. I like that he slowly progressed, like 3 days a week then 4 then 5 etc. He also included things like stretching to prevent injury which is good ❤ I feel like that’s a safer way of doing it and decrease the likelihood of giving up in the first week 😊 always find these kind of body transformations so fascinating to watch, though I also find I’m always eating things like chocolate biscuits 🍪 etc when watching them 😂 haha

Unironically I might start this. Currently I'm trying a plan of "Play Blade & Sorcery every day" for my workout and my legs and arms are freaking sore from so much dodging and running and sword-swinging. Once I get my full body VR setup I'm switching to this so I can work out in a fantasy setting. Plus the added weight of the headset and trackers may help a tiny tiny bit.

You forgot the key part - "Never ever use the air conditioner in the summer or heat in the winter so you can strengthen your mind. And of course, make sure you eat three meals daily, just a banana in the morning is fine. In the beginning you'll wish you were dead. You might start thinking - what's the harm of taking a day off? Even when my arm started making weird clicking noises I kept doing pushups! I did squats even when my legs felt like they couldn't move. Even when I was spitting blood I never stopped. I toughed it out and endured the pain. A year and a half later I started to notice a difference. I WAS BALD! I had become stronger. In other words, you gotta train like hell until your hair falls out. That's the only way to become truly strong."

Really enjoyed that you showed how you progressed up to the maximum number goal instead of jumping in the deep end. I think that is beneficial for a lot of people. Also that is the first time I've seen shin splints solved overnight with a change of shoes. I will definitely share that with some clients. The clock with the rotating face definitely messed with my head 😂 Some form tips to further improve your results with the same amount of work: when you do pushups, try to use hollow body hold - especially on the pushing phase. This stops the natural dip in the back, and engages the core to support your spine as well as adds more load to the shoulders. Always keep your shoulders as far away from your ears as possible to reduce loading in the pecs and transfer it more to the rotator cuff area. You can also try keeping your upper arms (not elbows - those are perfect) slightly away from your body to increase rotator cuff loading. Think about loading your triceps and barely moving your shoulder blades. Adds a whole different intensity level to the motion. You can try putting your feet up so legs are 90 degrees but pulled slightly away from you for pushups to reduce hip flexor engagement and increase core engagement. If you can hook your heels on your support you get a whole different type of situp. Situp are known to not be very good for the back or abs but I know it was a one punch man thing. When running try to bring shoulder back and down while doing "hollow body" hold in core. Will fire your glutes better, open ribcage and activate core which also protects the spine. Anyway that's just my two cents. Small things I picked up on after seeing a biokinetist. Of course everyone's body is different so some things I mentioned may not make sense for you or be too hard to do. Just thought I'd share since you seem to have a well thought out approach to training and I noticed some of my old issues creeping into ur form. I always figure if I can get more out of my workout without doing more work why not? Awesome video. Keep up the good work!

@@samirmonroe You can easily workout with high intensity 6 days a week. I doubt anyone doing this routine is ever going to hurt themselves doing it, unless you have really whacky form on the pushups and running I guess? It isn't exactly high in volume. I just started this tyesterday, but at a much more simple base. Level 1 = 10 reps each and 1km run. Level 2 = 20 reps each and 2km run. And so on (starting at Level 1 for 10 days). A few years ago I had completed selection for commissioned service in the military, so was in pretty decent shape. I then had a cycling crash where my lungs collapsed, flayed ribcage and 2 broken vertebrae. Since then I "fell off" as you put it. I got Covid which was no biggie, but it left me with asthma, which I still deal with today. I hate to admit I "can't" do something, but starting where you did, would likely be dangerous for my health not beneficial. What it does, it gives me a goal to achieve.

This was actually a fantastic guide on how to slowly progress into the intensity of this workout as well. Id be interested to see the results of the FULL workout sustained for 100 days but doing that is totally unrealistic unless you are already quite fit. I do suspect a vast majority of these results were from dieting really well and the workout just supplemented that. The ultimate takeaway is you can just see at the end how much healthier he looks in every way, just in his face alone.

The thing about Saitama's workout is that, indeed you just look a tad bit lean but actually you've become 10 times more durable, much more stronger and flexible. Your ability to generate power is on point and you don't actually lose hair. So get your comfy outfit on and hit the road to being a "Hero for fun."

@@estherqin3080 yeah, I get your point, its about the fat losing while muscle gaining. But 13 kgs is a whole lot for me. 💀 I remember working quite hard to lose 4-5 kgs. But that's just me and I'm naturally on the lean side so.

Can make you a god essentially. @@enzomarcilliere7956 not really. You don't going to run 10k at the fasted pace possible. You need to train this in different intensities during the week. Marathon athletes like Eliud kipchoge run more than 200km per week and his secret is running at a slow pace(for him, it's really high) 90% of the time, and the 10% in a more faster pace. With a good technique, slow pace, and a good rest (and strecht) running 10k is really doable and healthy, but it is better to run all what You can in 45/1 hour if You can't reach this in a slow pace.
