I must say, the woman that had the leaky boots after one year should've contacted HUNTER because all boots come with a 24 month warranty.

I love this review series!! Please keep them coming, I really appreciate how detailed and honest you are about each item. I have wanted a pair of Hunter boots for years, but since I live in Phoenix, I haven't taken the plunge. It was great to hear how well they hold up, so if I got them for travel alone they would last me years. Thank you!!

For someone who has ZERO fashion sense, a budget of ten bucks a week, and wears no makeup, I really watch your videos alot. There is something nice about marathoning your videos, or putting them on when I am alone in the dorm, or while studying for finals. I have a pair of silver ones and love them (I just find that they tend to show scratches a bit more on the Inside) but love the look of them

Nice video there. Just to let you know, the two pairs of boots are actually two different models. Your old boots are called the "Huntress" and they're still available. The other one is called the "Originall tall".

Bert i was thinking that too while she was comparing the two boots. One are the foldable travel boots and the green ones are the original tall boots ,which are more sturdy 😊

They aren't same style, the black is 'huntress' for wider calves, the green is the original tall. I love hunter , the most comfortable rain boots.

I've been wearing these for years, they are fantastic. I live in a boreal rainforest. They last years with regular almost daily use at least half the year.

im an avid walker, would they withstand a lot of walking? most of the cheaper boots ive had have cracked due to too much use.

hi I want to ask a question real quick. Almost all of my shoes are #7, but since you say your feet are also #7, but #6 of Hunter fits you perfectly. Do you recommend getting a 6 or 7? Also, do you wear ordinary socks or thicker ones when you are wearing the Hunter boots? Thanks!!!

Are bean boots a thing in la? I'm in Virginia and that's what most of my friends and I wear during the winter months. They are so comfortable and while they aren't what I would consider fashionable I still think they can look cute if you're dressing casual. Also do you know about KJP? It's a jewelry brand centered in New England and I think you might like some of their stuff!

I thought I was imagining that my new Hunters were taller than my old ones (which I gave away, incidentally 🙄) but...you confirmed it!! When you’re 4’11 - the small increase in height makes a difference. Not as comfortable when I sit and try to cross my legs😩

I love this review!! The only thing I would've loved to know is about the fit around the calf. My feet are small but my calves are muscular so I can't wear straight boots very well. I wonder if the buckle is just for looks, or does it widen the boot for those with thick calves? Is it weird to ask if they are snug on your calves? Haha... I wear a size 7 too. Keep those reviews coming! Xoxo

Em Williamson The Huntress style has a wider calf. They are the first black pair she showed. They'll fit up to a 16.5 inch calf and the green pair she showed are the Original Tall and they fit up to a 15 inch calf.

I wanted a pair of hunter boots for quite awhile and couldn't justify the price for myself... but I found a pair in a second hand store for $30... and I was gonna leave them and my spouse convinced me to get them!! It was a teal pair!!

I found your review, as I decided to figure out why my Hunter boots have cracked within about 2 years after pretty much wearing them in the city, mainly for the rain. I have just come from another YT channel, reviewing Hunter boots. Just about every single person in the comments had also experienced cracks and/or leaking with their Hunter boots.

There are so many different styles of Hunters. The first pair look like the 'Huntress' style and 2nd look like 'original tall'

I just bought a pair. I've never owned rain boots before. My brain still tells me to dodge puddles although with these, I don't have to, LOL! It's going to take time. I love mine so far.

After the first wear, my boots had this film all over them. There was no rain or snow the day I wore them. I can wipe it off with a dry towel, but the film returns in minutes. I read online to rub olive oil on them but I don't want to ruin them. What am I doing wrong?

On Nordstrom they mention the care instructions "In hot or humid weather, natural latex rubber releases a protective wax film; simply wipe it off with a damp cloth."

I stumbled onto this video because after wearing my Hunters the first time my feet hurt and wanted to find out if anyone else had a similar experience. I don’t have particularly wide feet but it squeezed my pinky toe where there was constant pain after about 1 mile-ish of walking. I’m wondering if it’s a sizing issue because they’re a half size smaller than my usual and the feet does expand after use, which made it almost impossible to take off. But I love these 🌧 boots to death and rather not have to consider the next size up if it’s more of a break-in period.

I just got the Hunter snow boots and was just wondering if there's a difference in the rain boots vs. the snow boots? Debating whether to keep these because I noticed I had a very hard time getting them off. I don't have thick legs so the time it took me to take these boots off was a bit of a disappointment n a bit of a struggle. Let me know if you experienced this with your boots? Thx ♥️

Amazon can have some fakes and then people think they were made cheap. Real Hunter boots are incredible. I have a particular pair that I have used in the most abusive way clearing land, fires, (yes, I've even stepped on hot coals trying to put it all out), snow, mud-Oh the mud... Basically anything horrible you can do to those boots, I did. Even with using them to finish putting out fires by stomping around, they are incredible. Not a bit looks worn. Had them now ten years +. Best investment for footwear. I have 4 other pairs but those are the "keep cute" boots, but I'm sure each could go through the same abuse.

Who pays attention to rubber boots? I thought they were sort of just a utilitarian thing? My girl friend needs a pair for the barn to clean up after her horses. Here in Arizona we never ever see them. Except around a barn or mine.

Do not buy the 'refined' design wellies. The seam down the side fails after a few months. Make sure you get Hunter wellies with the seam that runs down the back! I've sent two pairs back door my wife. I thought I'd try the same pair again after returning the first pair, to give them the benefit of the doubt. However now the same fault it happened twice there is definitely an issue with the design of the refined series hunter Wellies. For £125 you would expect the quality to be top notch and expect them to last longer than a few months. Got a refund in both instances and I'm going to stick to the original design.

They are a british made wellington boots company yes they are mainly based for men so you will be able to find them.

The reason why your boots are different is because the older boots are Hunter Huntress boots the newer boots are Hunter Tall Original boots.

If you wear a 7 1/2 and smaller in women sizes, you can totally get them in the kids section, them are way cheaper and nobody will know.

I bought a pair of Hunter Boots last Christmas here in Ireland and not even a year later after some light walks they are letting in water around where my foot bends. Apparently Hunter Boots have moved production away from Scotland to China and the quality of the boots has drastically dropped since the move. Because i couldn't locate my receipt Hunter customer care refused to help me. Expensive, don't last & Last pair of Hunter boots i'll ever purchase.

These are the worst boots I've ever bought they are really cheaply made in China , and being rubber they are not resistant to fats or oils which destroy them and are useless in the cold. I bought Servus boots by Honeywell at Tractor Supply for $20 that are way better ,and they are made in the U.S.

They are wellington boots not "rain boots" they are meant to be used as actual hunting boots, that you wear when your beating, shooting or having to go through a rough & or muddy area. They are not meant to be a fashion statement. Only you americans manage to get that so horrifically wrong...
