I’m not sure whether this is confirmed, but how I take it is that Alluka is biologically male but identifies as female. Only Killua respects her to address her identity.

It isn't explicitly confirmed, but it is heavily hinted at. Killua seems to be the only one purely based off of being the only one that seems to know (or maybe even the only one to understand) the request to be referred to with she/her and Nanika as they/them/she/her/it.

@@shanajeangedeon9060 it is confirmed that Alluka is indeed a son and a boy but Alluka prefers to be a girl and Killua acknowledges what his sister wants and that's okay.

Yeah all the Zoldyck siblings are males, the way that Killua refers to Alluka vs the way his family refers to Alluka shows an interesting dynamic within the family regarding Alluka

So, before the extreme confusion starts just let me clear this up now. Alluka is supposed to be refered to as female and chooses to present as female as well, Killua seems to be the only one to understand or even know this, so just refer to her with she and ignore the rest of the Zoldycks (they've been asses for the whole show, so even if they do know I doubt they'd care enough to respect her pronouns anyway)

Why no one knows about duodenum? Never learning about body parts in school of US, or learn duodenum as part of a small intestine, some like that?
