Johnny Rockets is fantastic. I'm in Tennessee and you can sometimes find them in malls in bigger cities and touristy spots here and whenever I run into one I got to stop in. I know every 30 minutes or so they used to put on music and people would come out and dance and put on a show. Wonder if they still do that.

FYI... beef burgers cannot be cooked medium or rare because of the high risk of food poisoning... unlike a beef steak. I like the channel...thanks.

Get ye to Chicago!! The Chicago Diner is a mostly vegan restaurant (though they do have dairy cheese on request) and everything is excellent. ❤❤

I like my burger medium rare as well- family joke it that it’s barely stopped mooing. 😆 Most restaurants near me (mid Atlantic, mostly DE, PA, NJ) ask how you want your burger cooked without prompting. 😂

I will only eat a Medium Rare burger if it is a thick fresh ground burger. Otherwise, I am a bit too concerned about pre-ground beef being undercooked, and I really love the crust of a good smashburger anyway.

From Alberta, Canada. First time i went to the US they asked me how i wanted my burger, I was confused. We don't have a choice how it is cooked, they are all cooked well done. Steaks we can get how we like it though.
