don't diss the Wichita, KS food scene. It is one of the unexpected positives of this city. We do have latin restaurants and an expanding asian resturant scene. plus lots of other hidden gems.

You are a fraud. Nothing in you video was unique or weird. I don't patronize bars much anymore but their was a time when every bar in the Great Lakes region that catered to blue collar men had a gallon jar of pickled egg sitting on the bar next to their jar of pickled pigs feet and pickled bologna. The is very little difference in taste between a quail egg and a chicken egg. Also in the Great Lakes region jerky can be found in various degrees of dryness and made from a variety of meats. In Michigan I have had jerky both homemade and slaughterhouse made using beef, bison, rabbit, venison and turkey. And imported from southern states and from Australia, alligator and kangaroo are common as well. So, nothing weird as you title proclaims.

And… if you want a ‘burger’ come to Springfield, IL and get a Horseshoe! It’s Texas toast with burger patties on top (there are variations like tenderloin or chicken or ham and even a breakfast Horseshoe) with fries piled on top and covered in cheese sauce! It’s one of the best ‘burgers’ that you can have!

The tacos looked good but that was not a vampiro taco. A vampiro taco consists of the corn tortilla being crackly and crunchy which that one was not. Other then that nice video. :)
