We flew my grandparents out of Palm Coast late on Wednesday. We planned to do it Tuesday but my grandma had a bingo game to go to, not even kidding.

I don't get it, they get like no views but have 2 million subs. It just doesn't add up

5 years later, I survived this storm IN A HOTEL AT THE 4TH FLOOR! I'm happy to have lived that, I don't remember where I was but I'm glad to be alive, but I know I was in florida, I was around 7 during this time

Whoever got hit by the storm, God bless you! This storm is horrible, I hope you survive this horrible storm, ever heard about that major flooding in Texas that only two people died? I was there and it was thundering every second one night, I had to sleep in my moms room because I was so scared, my dad was at work that night and he could feel the tornados winds! I'm so glad he's safe, I'll pray for all the people who are in this horrible storm right now.. If the hurricane is still going on! XD

I remember this. It was so sad to see my second home destroyed.

Even though this was 6yrs ago i still remember it like it was yesterday, I live in Jacksonville (southern jax) and was stuck in my neighborhoods house when it started, but decided to make the walk during the peak of the storm back to my house. I have never felt winds and rain that strong and heavy ever in my life

I live in Deltona and during the hurricane my power was out for four days.. Glad that was the worst we had to deal with. Went to Daytona a few days later and it was so flooded. What a sight to see.

It's really not bad where I live in Jacksonville, no floods, no major damage, no broken windows, just leaves and s few branches.

It was bad. My family and I didn't evacuate but we are ok. But it was INTENSE

Having family in Jacksonville it was a worry.. It missed us in Boca Raton thankfully.... It hit the sure line hard in Jacksonville as to be expected but not as bad as it could have been by far.. Again Thankfully ..

I didn't loose power saw a few power lines down from Port St Lucie FL. This video shows the worst of the worst most likely and no roofs missing. One tree fell into a home nearby me. From what I see most business opened the very next day. Compared to 10 years ago when every other house had a blue tarp and trash was not picked up for 6 weeks this is all hype. It could just be I got lucky and other areas are worse off but that's my perspective. Then again Katrina was not a big deal in Florida even though it did go over us.
