It's always unfortunate when that happens.. when I first encountered that kind of damage I bought a cheap harbor frieght welder used so I could do patch work.. I hope u get your fixed quickly and easily

Hey thanks so much for subscribing and taking the time to comment.. quick answer is yes. There are 3 reasons for lean or wobble,, 1st is a bent bolt. which is self explanatory. 2nd is the square hole in the deck has become worn or out of square , usually from a loose bolt wobbling. If that's the case you can use a thicker bolt. the hole is square so you can use a carriage bolt for ease of installation so if you drill the hole larger you may need a 2nd pair of hands to hold wrenches on top and bottom to tighten, but that will take care of the wobble or lean. The 3rd and most prominent issue is that the bearing in the pulley is toast so by replacing the pulley the new bearing will be correct and no more lean or wobble or heat from friction. Yes replace the pulley and yes the hardware too easily bought from any hardware store and you should stop having excess belt damage as wobbly or bad pulley will destroy a belt.
