Welcome to the NEW home of HARD WORK. Earlier this year, we opened our first official headquarters for HWPO Training, complete with a killer gym, hangout space for athletes and offices for our team. More people need a reminder that you can get to the games without a fancy gym setup. The best to ever do it trained with 200 square feet, so awesome.

It's clear from listening to Ben O'Keefe that he is Mat Fraser's biggest fan. He speaks about Fraser with the pride and admiration of a father. It's great to see such a strong bond between two people who are so passionate about the sport of CrossFit.

Did you coat the concrete with anything before putting down the mats? I'd just be concerned with moisture/mold issues. Deciding what to do in my attached garage before rolling out/taping new mats.

Awesome Space! What do you have your ice barrels wrapped in? I am assuming it is due to the condensation with the chiller. I have an ice barrel and have been looking at something to reduce condensation on the outside. Love to hear what you guys did, Thank you!
