Hello, I really cannot say north or south jeera! Shahjeera is similar yet different from what we use in our cooking (tadka).. he is here talking about the smaller jeera(black cumin).

He is a very cunning person who doesn't want to share knowledge of good biryani. He always adds ans excludes one or two ingredients everytime he is teaching someone. I've been following his recipe for long time he always does this.
