Wow Never heard of chana pulao, eager to try. I'm originally from hyderabad India. But this recipe is probably from the Pakistani city of the same name, right? Thanks for sharing the recipe. Can you also give us a recipe for the achaar please ? Pickles come in such different flavours that I wouldn't want to mess up this recipe with the wrong sort of achaar
