Beef/Mutton pasanday 750 gms
Marinate with
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 2 tsp full
Yogurt 2/3cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon full
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Marinate and keep it aside
For the gravy
Almonds 10
Poppy seeds 2 tablespoon
Desiccated coconut 3/4 cup
One onion
Chiroli /chironji 1 tablespoon optional
Oil 1/2 cup
Garam masala powder
