The problem is the PD armor is scuffed if you look at Dean’s POV, his health is almost all the way down, but his armor is still 3/4 how does that make any sense? Your armor always goes off first and then your health goes down. How was his armor still on but his health is going down

It makes perfect sense. You're stilling thinking it's 3.0 and armor is extra health but it isn't. 4.0 is heavily influenced by Tarkov (thanks to Koil) and in Tarkov armor is a damage mitigator. You sustain less damage when you have armor, not *no* damage. And once the armor is broken then you have no protection and sustain the full damage.
