I like that this video showed the team doing the math and using measuring instruments. They may be working on old machines, however there is some sophisticated planning required and they are doing the best with what they have.

Gosh, I wish these talented technicians were provided with at least eye and ear protection by the business. If there is enough money to pay for the energy to run the machines there is enough money to pay for a minimal level of eye/ear protection. Seems a bit expoitative by the owners to not care if the actual works get hurt.

No need for it. Wearing safety pajamas and safety flip-flops is enough that 90% of these workers survive the day. And living past the age of 40 is an expensive luxury that can only be found in decadent western world.
