Thanks for the video. Maybe I missed previous videos but it seems you skipped several steps. Zones setup and programming. Zones are already there. How’d they get there? Adding weather station? Is there an initial setup video?

To setup your zones and select a weather station after you have created a Hydrawise account you would have wanted to run the setup wizard. My power went out and the system was off. Had two phone updates and now my phone app won’t sync with Hydrawise. Do I have to set up all over again, or will it sync eventually?

Hello, I am attempting the exact same on my HC. I have it scheduled for 5:30AM and 5:30PM, however the PM time is not operating. Can there be multiple watering times on a zone?

Great question, there can be multiple watering times but the run length time is universal for each program as the HC only operates in advance programming.

I decided to upgrade my Hunter C-pro to the HPC-FP, installed the application, my connection is excellent but I'm having a problem with the Rain sensor that is showing red as well when I select manual to irrigate, nothing happens, it shows that it is irrigating but no water comes out. What should I do?

what do i need to do if nothing happens when i press start in the app. I can still water the clay courts via the main controller in the garage, not via the app all of a sudden. Status is green, waiting for confirmation. Thank You

Thank you for contacting Hunter Technical Support. The "Waiting For Confirmation" on the app indicates the controller is not fully connected to Hydrawise through your wireless network. To successfully connect (or reconnect) the Hydrawise controller to your wireless router, you will need to select your wireless router, wireless security mode, and enter your wireless password. Thank you for contacting Hunter Technical Support. Good question about setting up your controller. The best thing to do is go through the setup wizard. Go to Controller settings in the app and select. Start Wizard. Its next to the install date. This will take you through the setup process.

I followed all steps to setup controller. I have Program A to start at 3am for Sunday and Thursday for all 6 zones , however, when I click on any of the zones the status for Next Run says "not scheduled." What gives? The controller status is "all good" with the check mark.

Good question about connections. If the app says your not connected you are not connected. There are sections in the controller that will give you some status of the connection. It might even say "WiFi Connect Successful". That does not mean its fully connected though. To view if you are fully connected on the controller please go to Connection Status. Above connection quality, it should say "Connected: Updated xxx". @@Hunter_Industries Thanks for the response. All connections were good. The issue is how system works with rain clicks. I connected with someone at Hunter about Hydrawise and found out that when the rain click is active, the controller status will show "not scheduled to run" even the future run days until the sensor dries below the set limit at which time the schedule will show the next run time. They stated it does this because the system has no way to know when it will be dry again and therefore just shuts down the program even for future run dates. I did not see anything about this in the manual, videos or on the support page, which drove me nuts trying to diagnose the problem. I even removed the sensor from the system and nothing changed (was told it could take up to 15 minutes for the system to reset/update). Now that the sensor has dried, the program shows all the next watering schedule. I suggested they included this very important piece of information to the end user so they don't think the controller is bad, which someone suggested at Hunter. To all end user, please take note of this phenomenon.

I have this controller and app but my app menu is different for Zones & Schedules. My choices are “Zones” “Program Start Times” “Preconfigured Schedules” Why is my app different. I’ve been unable to find a way to program different start times with different zone run times. This is handy for complete morning watering and shorter afternoon cool downs. Help!

You can use either mode. I think it really depends on your irrigation needs.

During setting up program i don’t have a choice to change zone duration. I only can add zones to a program. So for example i cannot watering the same zone 10 min in the morning and 2 min in the afternoon. How to do that? My app is up to date.

Thank you for contacting Hunter Technical Support. Your controller appears online now. In the event, you are having issues connecting to your Wi-Fi network, or the controller seems to be glitchy; it is a good idea to reboot and/or perform a factory default at the controller. It is important to note that the factory reset will not erase any settings that are in Hydrawise (software). It will only erase the settings that are in the controller (hardware). After factory default, you will need to re-enter the Wi-Fi credentials. Once the controller reconnects it will relearn the irrigation schedule

Hydrawise compatible controllers operate one zone at a time while the ICC2 and ACC2 controllers can operate multiple zones simultaneously.
