Hydrogen HHO Generator for Diesel Engine

Idea of installing hydrogen generator to my vehicle appeared about two years ago and only now i were able to realize it. With basic spanner knowledge any DIYer should be able to complete the task. I do recommend to seek advice in the areas you are not familiar with or just require extra guidance. HHO generator arrived as a kit and freely available online for the purchase. Instruction manual states that fuel economy could be as much as 40% with correct installation. I would definitely put these figures to the test and forward an update video with all the figures, issues, etc.

Nice im a autotech and enjoyed your video and motivation and verve in this project would suggest a bigger relay 50 60 amp and same with fuse plus holder for a better connection, nice simple fabrication work and for a novice would be a great help on installation things will get better 👍

@@MaksymGrygorov just a question I seen a guy put 3 judge together and made 3 hho and he says had 15 miles to the gln and gets 24 to the gln is that ture you use more gas if you do this and he says you have to get a map sensor in hanser I was going to just make 1 pickle jar and make one pls get back to me on this on if it uses moer or less

Nice video , but... to get right way HHO, need use Stanley Meyer system, what means Meyer system? Hi voltage, frequency and many other units. Tesla, Stanley Meyer, Donald Smith, Kapanadze, they are from same bus, this bus call resonance off the electrical field, this is main key.

I'd like to know how well it worked and if the engine switches off smoothly, it looks like you fed the hho into the intake before the turbocharger so the entire intake plumbing contains a fuel/air mixture, I wonder if the engine wants to run on after you turn the diesel off? Also the turbo is going to be pressurizing fuel/air mix now instead of just air through the remaining Intake tubing. Being a diesel there is little chance of ignition but maybe I'll get some driving earplugs before I try this myself. :-)

wait do u still need petrol or you ran 100 % on hydrogen and oxygen ? also what was the voltage and amp you were using ? and also what plate did you use and how many plates do u need ? how many liter of water do you need to actually run this ?

Subscribed and happy 4 u. Though I am the only one nuts to put an hydrogen system in the car. I have it 4 more than 1 year. U wanna see results? Put u're nose on the exost, smell it. That will be the 1st positive result. More to come. Your intake manifold will clean like new. U will feel a bit increase in power. Good luck for future. I'm keeping mine for as long as possible. Only good things coming from it. Give u an advice, get "bestline" oil additive in your engine. Run it for at leat 20000km and get a sample to a lab. You will be amazed. Thx me later. Crazy russian. Kidding. I have 4 results. Last 1 is after 28000km. Same a diesel engine. Wellcome to the club.

@@Ex-fk4nr it the engine additive. It will bake a slippery surface on the inside of the piston. Much less wear and heat afterward.

i heard the fuel injection system will compensate for efficiency gains after a time period (hours?) i think the way to do it is to replace the injection system with vaporized fuel delivery enriched with hho gas

I've been wanting to do a skoolie bus RV conversion. They have turbo deisel engines. I have for a long time wanted to do an HHO install in that future bus. The HHO gas explodes when under pressure so how does it work with the Turbo? Isn't there a great danger of blowing the Turbo off the engine as it compresses the HHO gas? What preventative mesures or what safety featurs keeps this from happening?

HHo will implode at three 300 kpa. If your compression ratio is running three hemispheres you might get preignition

I did this same kind of setup in my ford with the 6.9 international diesel and was getting 16-17 MPG before the install of HHO system and then got 21-22 on average tank of diesel as well as not smoking black smoke at all anymore..tried to do the same thing in my Dodge caraan and the problem I ran into is that the Fricking computer would compensate for the lean clean flow to the tailpipe dumping more fuel into the motor and actually getting worse mileage...I have a cumminsfirst gen which I am going t put it on getting 25 MPG empty hoping for 25% increase to 30!!

Engine like this does not add milage. Burning hudrogen with a lot of loss in engine to produce electricity with loss in alternator to make hydrogen does not make sense and is busted. What makes sense is just making hydrogen from photovoltaic system and then adding it to some storage in car.

Hey Maksym, great Video! One question, i have a older car, how do i adapt the diesel thats injected to the rate of hydrogen coming in over the air System so it doesn't rev up on its own? Or does the engine adapt on its own? Would be really thankfull for a answer :) Greetings

hello hope it works and you get more out than in for you but if it was me and i had this problem if it occured and you could not stop it. i would only turn it on on the highway on long drives ect but im more worried on how many amps this unit would draw because this will also cause drag on the alternator / engine so is it worth it ???

I have a rv with 600watts of solar and wanted to use this solar energy while driving to produce the gas but after thinking about it and the energy conservation law.. this is all a lot of bs... even if i take the 0.6 kw direktly to my engine via electic motor, it wouldn't even be enough to keep the motor running in neutral.... sad but this will never give the engine enything and if you take the energy from the alternator you even lose on the way of generating gas

Ohh, another advice is change your light bulbs to led. This way u will save lot of power from your alternator.

falconflylow just see the usage of the bulb. The halogen i use to have it was 55w. The led bulb is using max 25w. On each bulb. Just multiply. Sorry if i made mistakes on writing. English is my 2nd language. Soon i will upload a video wich will make u think. Just stand by. Not about hydrogen. It will be about oil adittive. The next one i am thinking to make it on my car with all i have on it. Thx for replying.

I heard the vehicle computers remove any savings made by altering the fuel mixture.

With a petrol engine you need to limit the o2 sensors signal by 200 ma. With diesel there is no problem just a smoother slightly more powerful engine with about twenty per cent better economy. It also steam cleans the engine as you drive along and reduces your emmissions by 90% , really neat device.

Hi Maksym I have the DC4000c system installed on my 2008 Citroen 2000cc Grand Picasso i drive from Manchester to Sofia Bulgaria 2 or 3 times a year and this system sames me alot in fual before installation it used to cost me 500/600GBP now it costs around 300/350GBP there and back best invest ment ever HHO System: DC4000c 40g KOH 99% pure per litre 2000cc engine HEC Dynamic PWM chip running 15Amps please let me know what your running

This is right. The dryer( a plain jar with plain water) will filter the h² and keep unwanted white potassium buildup from forming inside the intake, etc.
