Absolute best way to learn is to set up a small system and try it out. Lots of books of course and youtube rabbit holes to go down but nothing compares to actually getting your hands wet. Hydroponic equipment is marked up too much, no one that wants to start a small Hydro farm can't do it without running into cash flow problems the first 3 yrs of the business.
