自作容易なブックスキャナーを製作しました。　iPhoneを使用してほぼA4の本までスキャンできます。　使用しない時はコンパクトに折りたためます。
I built the scanner very simple and best for DIY. Use iPhone as camera and can scan up to A4 book. Scanner is foldable and can be compact to store.

Oh, this is great! I'm from Russia and never dealt with the development of such things, but faced the need to scan books and magazines without damaging them. Your idea is great! Thank you for sharing your invention! どもありがとうございます！

This is cool and easy & cheap book scanner, I have build you Book Shooter MK-V and use it for several times, but light is not uni-form and book size is too small. This one is good and page size much bigger. I should have to build it. Here in Taiwan Taipei, this flip plastic chair is very popular and easy to get it. Thanks for your great idea. Have a good day.

I imagine the design could be simplified further by using a phone that has a built-in LED "flash" for lighting. That would eliminate the need for the pedestal, the lights on the floor, and the clamps; the "bottom" side would just have to be covered the same way the "top" is. Might give it a try myself.

Well done on mk5 And pursuing it to improve further... Are you having to do one page a t a time and then manipulate them in order later?

これなら非破壊自炊で歪みなくスキャンできますね！！只、ひとつだけ教えて頂きたいのは、これだと1ページ毎に上下逆になりますよね？という事はまず一度全部スキャンしてから後で編集しその後PDF化させる感じの手順なのでしょうか？それとも他に何か簡単に出来る方法が有りますでしょうか？その辺りを製作者様及び他に作られた方達はどの様に解決されているのかご教授願いたいです。多いページだと少々大変ですがどうしても破壊したく無い本をキレイに電子化したいと思っていたのでそれ位の手間は仕方無いとも思っております。後は自分で作れるかが問題・・・。何はともあれ素晴らしいアイデアを教えて頂き感謝しております。
